Went to the Tredegar showroom in August for first time to look at new cars. Was left to wander and look without being hassled. The staff went through all the options for various cars id looked at without pushing me to buy the most expensive car. A few weeks ago there was a few issues with the car, contacted the workshop was booked in to be looked at within a few days. The staff identified the issue , needed a new battery, they replaced it within the hour. Very helpful, friendly staff who put the customers first
