Shocking!!!!!! Took my car there for a service. Couldn't have it back for month coz if their excuses. With a 1700 pound bill later I was fuming!!!! No calls for my acceptance for things to be done was made. There was nothing wrong wirh it prior. Stay clear (seriously) if i was you.

Not worthy of even one star. Do not use this garage- kept my car for 2 weeks, despite telling me it would be fixed within a week. Each time I rung I kept being told the mechanic was ill and he was going to look at my car soon... Finally they admitted that they hadn't even looked at my car! I therefore collected my car- I will never go here again and I certainly would not recommend.
Fair to say the boys at Gwent mot heard about the issue I was getting after a dpf was fitted by them s mkenzie heard the video I took and fair to say they had the car straight in and tightened the heat shield up and my car is great now just one more little part and and it will be a perfect job thanks to Gwent mots ,,,,,, highly recommended.
