I am working in the area had a sever case of hay fever to the pointnky right eye and partial of the face had swollen up to the point where I'm looking like the elephant man and also have a very nasty chest infection, explained the urgency of the problem to receptionist 2 hours later I got a call saying because I'm a temp resident they won't help me, so now I'm really I'll and because I'm not from the area tough... absolute joke of a service!
Totally awful, never experienced such poor service.
