Yes these bunch of cowboys have robbed me of my money without permission, they are blatantly rude, aggressive and couldn't run a piss up in a brewery. I had an account with them but they decided to be awkward and difficult to get them to fix stuff. They then had the audacity to send some muppet under qualified black toothed lanky streak of piss of a bloke who then had the nerve to disrespect my wife and shout at her in front of my kids. Would I recommend them? Hell No! Don't believe me? Then head to Facebook and type in Family finance and you will find all sorts of poor and negative views about them.Stay clear coz they are cowboys and worse ones at that!!!
i was with bayv for around 13 years came over to family vision couldn't ask for more friendly staff very understanding would defiantly recommend thankyou family vision ..
Rip offs. I paid 600 towards a tv and washing machine, I had a new born baby, and couldnt keep up the payments, they took the tv and washing machine and left me without them knowing I had a new born, and they have pocketed the 600 I have paid, they refused to let me keep 1 item and also refused to pay me back a penny, They are a heartless company
i have been a customer for over a year and i can say family vision are the most friendliest most helpful company i have ever come across. their understanding and helpful. ive had bright house and buy as u view. i would highly recommend family vision to anyone. if you cant pay on the day payment is collected then they are very understanding as long as you ring them and explain they will help you and arrange another day without any hassle. thank you family vision for your exellent customer service and fabulous items. charlotte
