Good fuel prices and extremely helpful staff
Good staff
This place is a nightmare. People tend to leave their vehicles at the pumps for long periods buying take-a-way food (When they haven't acquired any fuel), From within the store. Fuel prices are more expensive than elsewhere. Throughput of people filling up is slow really slow.
Nice customer service. I did have one issue over the vacume not working after I purchased two tickets to use it to find that the pipe had been cut in half and was unusable. The garage wouldn't give me a refund of my 5 worth of vacume tickets. Wasn't happy about this as you can imagine. Surely I should of been entitled to my money back. I did complain to the petrol stations head office who informed me that they would look into the matter. However they never got back to me and this was March 2017. I've given up all hope on the refund. Besides this I have found the general staff to be customer friendly and very professional at there jobs. Can be a bit expensive for some items and more so the fuel. But then again petrol anywhere these days is expensive. Overall I'd say I've had more experiences with a professional service than a negative one.
It is very good place for small shopping and to eat non veg. Stuff. Staff is very nice and very friendly. It is on very lovely location. Want to visit again.
